These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vensyl.com (the "Site") and your purchase or use of products and services offered by Vensyl America LLC ("Vensyl," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Vensyl
The Site is operated by Vensyl America LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Vensyl operates primarily as an online business and does not operate a physical retail store.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make purchases through the Site. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, ingredients, sizes, and other information accurately. Actual product appearance, packaging, labeling, or presentation may differ slightly from images displayed on the Site, including as products and packaging are updated. We may modify or discontinue products at any time.
4. Skincare and Cosmetic Products
Vensyl products are cosmetic skincare products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information provided through the Site is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Individual results may vary.
You are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before use. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. If you have a known allergy, skin condition, medical condition, are receiving medical treatment, or have concerns about whether a product is suitable for you, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
5. Pricing and Promotions
All prices displayed on the U.S. version of the Site are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices may change without notice. Promotional prices, discount codes, bundles, subscription discounts, and other offers may be subject to additional terms and may be modified or withdrawn subject to applicable law.
6. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax may be calculated and collected based on the delivery address, the nature of the transaction, and applicable state and local tax laws. The amount displayed during checkout will govern the tax charged on a particular order.
7. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute our acceptance of that order. We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product information, payment authorization problems, inventory shortages, shipping restrictions, suspected resale or abuse, or technical errors.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
8. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the applicable amount.
9. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals
Certain Vensyl products may be available through an automatically renewing subscription. Our subscription functionality is currently provided using Joy Subscription.
Before you complete a subscription purchase, the applicable subscription price, discount (if any), billing and delivery frequency, and renewal terms will be displayed.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Vensyl and its payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order according to the frequency you selected until the subscription is canceled.
Managing Your Subscription
Depending on the options available for your subscription, you may be able to cancel, skip an upcoming order, change your delivery schedule, change eligible products, or update certain account or payment information through the subscription management functionality available on the Site.

Canceling a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation applies to future subscription orders.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, your cancellation must be completed before that order has been processed. Once an order has been charged and submitted for fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled before shipment.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Eligible delivered orders remain covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
There is no separate cancellation fee unless a specific promotional offer expressly states otherwise before purchase.
10. Subscription Price Changes
If the recurring price of an existing subscription is changed, we will provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law before charging the new price. Promotional or introductory subscription pricing may expire according to the terms disclosed at enrollment.
11. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders placed through the Site may be fulfilled using Amazon's fulfillment network, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, or other third-party logistics providers.
The use of Amazon or another logistics provider for fulfillment does not mean your purchase was made from Amazon. For orders placed on vensyl.com, Vensyl America LLC remains the seller unless otherwise stated.
Shipping estimates displayed during checkout or after purchase are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information.
12. Returns and Refunds
Eligible purchases are covered by our 60-day Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
13. Promotions and Discount Codes
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined; discount codes have no cash value; offers may be limited by product, customer, territory, or time period; discounts generally cannot be applied retroactively; and we may cancel or restrict promotions in cases of misuse, fraud, or technical error.
14. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents, including the Vensyl name, trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, designs, packaging, text, videos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Vensyl or its affiliates and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Site only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Vensyl trademarks or other intellectual property without prior written permission.
15. User Conduct
You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with Site operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, impersonate another person, engage in fraudulent transactions, or violate the rights of Vensyl or any third party.
16. Third-Party Services
The Site may use or integrate third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, Joy Subscription, analytics and advertising providers, Amazon fulfillment services, carriers, and other technology providers. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except for warranties expressly provided by Vensyl or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vensyl and its affiliates, officers, employees, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Vensyl harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of rights that cannot legally be waived.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
